The Medicare Savings Program is a unique opportunity for
low income individuals and couples that is provided by the State of Connecticut.

It is based on total income per person, or per couple, and offers financial support at each of three levels and an opportunity to enroll in a Medicare/Medicaid plan referred to as a
Special Needs Plan or Dual Plan.

A Dual Plan fills a gap
between Medicare and Medicaid and provides such benefits as
Dental, Vision, Hearing, Transportation, and no-cost Healthcare Products.
